Here’s the list of Sony Xperia devices that will get Android 7.0 Nougat

Almost immediately after Android 7.0 is officially rolled out, the folks over at Sony Mobile has published a software upgrade roadmap for its current Xperia devices.

According to their announcement, the Android 7.0 Nougat update will be rolled out for the following Sony devices:

Xperia Z3+
Xperia Z4 Tablet
Xperia Z5
Xperia Z5 Compact
Xperia Z5 Premium
Xperia X
Xperia XA
Xperia XA Ultra
Xperia X Performance

No dates have been mentioned so far. Surprisingly, the Sony Xperia Z3 flagship which was announced in September 2014 isn’t included in their upgrade roadmap. Hopefully, more devices will be supported as Sony says they will be sharing more details including rollout timing and new features later on.

For now, most new Nexus devices are receiving the update and the first brand new device to have Nougat out of the box would be the upcoming LG V20. If you haven’t seen it yet, here are the 5 coolest new features with Android Nougat.
