OnePlus 3 officially arrives in Malaysia on 9 August

UPDATE: OnePlus 3 is now open for pre-orders on Lazada Malaysia.

The OnePlus 3 is finally hitting Malaysia and you can get one outright without contract or invitation codes. Announced last month, the OnePlus 3 is looking like a flagship killer that’s back with a vengeance.

The OnePlus 3 is officially priced at RM1,888 in Malaysia and you can get it online exclusively through Lazada Malaysia. Both Graphite and Gold colour options being offered and stocks are estimated to arrive on 9 August 2016. On top of that, Lazada will be giving a OnePlus 3 Flip Case for free with every order.

To recap, the OnePlus 3 offers a 5.5″ Full HD AMOLED display and under the hood you’ll find a Snapdragon 820 processor that’s mated with a whopping 6GB of RAM. It comes with a generous 64GB of on-board storage which lacks a microSD expansion slot. The OnePlus 3 also supports dual-SIM along with NFC, Bluetooth 4.2 and 802.11ac WiFi. The front still gets a fingerprint scanner and it also comes with a dedicated notification slider.

The OnePlus 3 also has a 16MP f/2.0 Sony IMX298 camera that’s assisted by OIS, EIS and PDAF and it can shoot videos up to 4K. For selfies, it gets an 8MP f/2.0 front camera. Keeping the lights on is a 3,000mAh battery which you can charge up quickly with its Dash Charger via a USB Type-C port. OnePlus reckons that their fast charging tech can push 60% charge in just 30 minutes. Out of the box, it runs on OnePlus’ OxygenOS that’s based on Android Marshmallow.

Pre-orders should be starting soon and you can check out the product page over at Lazada Malaysia.
