U Mobile has unleashed its most epic postpaid plan yet with the new Hero P98 Postpaid. If you think 15GB on Hero P70 was generous, the new plan doubles it up with an insane 30GB of data each month for only RM98/month.
Similar to its previous P70, you also get unlimited calls to all networks as well as unlimited video streaming with video-Onz. The 30GB data can be used at any time, so you don’t have to worry about split weekend or off-peak data usage. Meanwhile, SMS are charged at 3 sen within U Mobile and 8 sen to other networks. As an added bonus, U Mobile is also offering free video subscription on P98 but they didn’t list out what video platforms are being offered.
If you can’t finish 30GB on your own, you can also share that quota with your supplementary lines with Share 50. Not only it offers unlimited phone calls at RM50/month, but each line also adds another 3GB.
Another great news is that U Mobile’s Video-Onz video streaming service has been extended until 31st December 2016. Video-Onz allows you to watch unlimited video streaming without using your data quota up to 480p resolution. The unlimited stream is applicable for P70, P98, i90 and i130 postpaid plans. The other plans get Video-onz too but it will be based on your current data plan (e.g. 5GB plan gets 5GB Video-Onz). Note: Video-Onz for P70 will be capped to 7GB/month after 31 July 2016.
On top of that, Video-Onz has added Daily Motion, Viki, Crunchyroll, YuppTV, BFM, The Edge TV and StarLive to its list of supported platforms. This brings a total of 18 channels including YouTube, Tonton, Viu, iflix, HyppTV everywhere and Astro On the Go.
