OPPO is committed to customer service and they have just opened its largest customer service centre yet at Plaza Berjaya in Kuala Lumpur. This brings a total of 21 service centres nationwide which are operated directly under OPPO Malaysia.
Apart from the usual repairs and services under warranty, OPPO Malaysia has announced a couple of free life-time services that are offered to all OPPO customers. This includes free software upgrades, device clean up, repairs and password unlocking for existing customers. The new Plaza Berjaya service centre opens from Monday to Sunday between 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
According to its CEO, Mr. William Fang, expansion of service centres are part of their milestones in order to increase customer satisfaction. Without giving any numbers, the OPPO F1 and F1 Plus are reported to be performing well with a new record for the second quarter of the year. Globally, OPPO has shipped over 18.5 million smartphones in the last quarter and they are ranked number #4 by IDC for Q1 2016.
