If you’ve been waiting to get your hands on the Pebble time here is your chance as pre-orders are opening 22nd June. Of course the Backers will be receiving their units first as their shipments are leaving 21st June in line with the original Kickstarter project.
The Pebble Time is the direct successor of the original Pebble that was propelled into existence via Kickstarter. Besides sporting a brand new look, the Time is thinner at 9.5mm thick which is 20% thinner than its predecessor along with customiseable straps. Like the original the smartwatch also features the same 7 days battery life but comes with a brand new colour e-paper display as well as a built in mic for notification response. The Steel variant on the other hand will have mostly the same features but will have a 9 day battery life instead.
The Pebble Time is going for $199 (about RM 748) while the Pebble Time Steel will be available for $299 (about RM1124). If you aren’t interested in the Pebble Time, the original Pebble and Pebble Steel can also be yours for $99 (about RM 372) and $199 (about RM 748) respectively with free shipping to Malaysia.
