TM Streamyx and Unifi users experiencing slow down

UPDATE: TM officially responded that the connectivity issue has been resolved.

If you’re a TM Streamyx or Unifi broadband subscriber, you could be experiencing slow connectivity at this moment. The slow down which affects a significant number of users is suspected to be caused by possible DNS routing issue.

TM is aware of the problem and they are trying to resolve it as soon as possible. There’s no estimated time for full service restoration yet and the call centres appears to be jammed up at the moment.
