Not too long ago the Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 paid TENAA a visit and now the tablet has made its way over to the FCC and along with it some new leaked images have emerged.
Rumoured to be the world’s thinnest tablet, the device will come in two sizes and will be replacing the Samsung Galaxy Tab S.
In terms of specs the Galaxy Tab S2 8.0 will have an octa-core processor clocking 1.9GHz Exynos 7420 SoC, 3GB RAM as well as an 8 inch AMOLED display with 1536 x 2048 resolution. The tablet will also have LTE support as well as expandable storage at 32GB of up to 128GB, The camera will be an 8 megapixel rear and 2 megapixel front combo. The Tab S2 8.0 will be running Android 5.0 out of the box. No word yet on the battery unfortunately, but it doesn’t look like they will be able to squeeze in much with how thin the tablet looks.
So far there is no word on how much Samsung plans to charge for the tablets, but the devices are rumoured to be debuting some time this month and since both TENAA and the FCC have already certified the device it can’t be too long now.
