Xpax’s latest limited edition prepaid offering is finally here, after teasing the Magic SIM prepaid over the last week.
Available starting tomorrow, the Magic SIM that’s priced at RM5 per pack is touted to give more free internet than anyone else in the market. This goes consistently with their aim of making the internet more accessible to all.
The Magic SIM costs just RM 5 and comes with free basic internet that includes 64kbps unlimited basic internet. The SIM will have RM 3 preloaded airtime with 5 day validity before requiring a new reload.
The basic internet covers unlimited messaging for WhatsApp, WeChat and LINE throughout the validity period. For high speed internet for YouTube, Facebook and Instagram, there are giving it for free up to 200MB. On top of that you also get either free 20 minute calls or 20 SMS within the Celcom network.
For reloads, it cost just RM1 a day with denomination of RM5, RM10 and RM30 offering 50MB, 100MB and 300MB High speed internet respectively. The reload amount is still retained, so essentially you get to enjoy freebies while accumulating the full reload credit. If you wish to extend your free internet without topping up, you can do so at RM1/day. Since this is quota based, it is more practical than the current Free 10 minutes high speed internet (3 times a day) which requires activation.
For heavy duty users that need more calls and SMS, Xpax also offers Magic Box bundles with daily, weekly and monthly packages. Monthly packages start at RM25/month for 1GB data + 150 minutes of calls to RM58/month for 4GB data + 150 minutes of calls. Furthermore, there’s no wastage as you can carry forward unused data to the following month.
