OnePlus says it is time to change this coming Monday. Is this the OnePlus Two?

OnePlus is about to announce something on 1st June. With an image erasing the current OnePlus One, the rebel smart phone brand could be revealing its next smart phone.

A new flagship is due for 2015 and it is no secret that the OnePlus Two is in the works. Last year they sold about a million units through its limited invitation only sales and they have a target to sell 5 million units in 2015. Given its Q3 target, it might be too early and perhaps it is a new OS update since OnePlus is trying to move away from Cyanogen.

From a purported leaked benchmark, the 2nd flagship with the model number A2001 is spotted running on Qualcomm’s Octa-Core Snapdragon 810 that’s mated to 3GB of RAM. Obviously it isn’t the best spec compared to its rivals rocking 4GB RAM like the Mi Note Pro. Given its lean Android OS and competitive price tag, the OnePlus Two could still give the mainstream players a run for their money.

The current OnePlus One 64GB is currently sold officially in Malaysia at RM1,199 (before GST) and it is exclusive to Maxis.
