Microsoft blings up the Lumia 830 and Lumia 930 with Gold Editions

Gold has always been a symbol for luxury and most smart phone makers have been cashing in on the gold fever as well. Now it is Microsoft Devices’s turn to be bitten by the gold bug as they have announced its Lumia 830 and Lumia 930 Gold Editions.

They are basically the same Lumia smart phones underneath but it gets a touch of luxury with anodized gold colour frames. For the back covers, both models are available in either black or white colour options.

The Lumia 830 Gold Edition will be available in February at selected countries in Europe, Asia Pacific and China, and India, the Middle East and Africa. Meanwhile the Lumia 930 version will be sold earlier by end January and it is available at same region except for India. For the die-hard Nokia fans, it is also good to know that Microsoft Devices have retained the Nokia branding on these devices.
