Samsung Galaxy A7 is coming to Malaysia in February

At the Samsung Galaxy A launch this morning, Samsung Malaysia has also previewed the unannounced Galaxy A7. This bigger unibody smart phone model will be heading to Malaysia next month in February. Pricing is not confirmed yet but it could be around RM1,499.

Unlike what was speculated earlier, the Galaxy A7 is a much bigger device with a 5.5″ Full HD Super AMOLED display and it runs on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 615 processor. Storage is expected to be the same with 16GB capacity and it also supports 4G LTE.

In terms of dimensions, the Galaxy A7 is Samsung’s slimmest device at 6.3mm, which is 0.4mm thinner than the Galaxy A5 or Galaxy Alpha. We are told that the battery is a 2,600mAh capacity which is 300mAh more.

Check out some photos of the Galaxy A7 including a comparison with the Galaxy A5 after the break.
