TuneTalk says that Red is the new Black. Just in time for Christmas, TuneTalk is now offering the BlackBerry Passport that comes in striking red. Outright, the Red BlackBerry Passport is priced at RM2,599, which is RM300 more than the usual price tag. However as a bundled promo, TuneTalk is throwing additional RM500 of airtime, making the device costing RM2,099 effectively.

To recap on the specs, the Passport gets a squarish 4.5″ 1440×1440 display that pushes a pixel density of 453 ppi (pixels per inch). Meanwhile at the bottom, it gets a QWERTY keyboard with 3 rows and it doubles up as as a touchpad as well. It runs on a 2.2GHz Quad-Core Snapdragon 800 processor with 3GB of RAM and it comes with 32GB storage that’s expandable with microSD.

For imaging it gets a 13MP camera with Optical Image Stabilisation (OIS) while selfies are taken with its front 2MP camera. There’s a non-removable 3,450mAh capacity battery which is rated to last up to 30 hours.

If you’re interested, you can get it online from TuneTalk’s online store.
