The Lenovo Vibe Z2 Pro is available in Malaysia, unofficially of course as an grey import via DirectD. It is offered at RM2,199 and this is the Dual-SIM variant with the first SIM supporting 4G/3G and secondary SIM is limited to 2G. For those who didn’t know, the Lenovo Vibe Z2 Pro is quite a compelling device that could possibly give the Galaxy Note 4 a run for its money.
For starters, the front gets a massive 6″ display that pushes an ultra high resolution Quad HD display (2560×1440) with a pixel density of 490 ppi. Powering the device is a respectable 2.5GHz Quad-Core Snapdragon 801 processor with 3GB of RAM and it also gets 32GB of on-board storage. Over at the back, it gets a 16MP camera with Optical Image Stabiliser, while the front gets a 5MP unit for your selfie needs.
What sets this apart is its massive 4,000mAh capacity battery that’s squeezed into a slim 7.7mm body. Probably the closest rival in size is the incoming Huawei Ascend Mate 7 that’s set to launch in Malaysia very soon. That also comes with a huge 4,100mAh capacity battery and it boast a thickness of 7.9mm. For those particular about build materials would appreciate its metal clad body which reminds us of its early K900 smart phone.
Check out some hands-on photos of the Vibe Z2 Pro after the break.
