Nokia Lumia 530 officially launched in Malaysia



Microsoft today has just launched the Lumia 530 Dual-SIM in Malaysia. It is priced at RM355, offering the latest Windows Phone 8.1 experience at an affordable price range. This is the most affordable Lumia smart phone yet and it brings the latest features including Action Centre and WordFlow Keyboard. It is available starting 16th August with a choice of bright green, bright orange, white and dark grey colours.

To recap on the specs, the Lumia 530 has a 4″ FWVGA (854×480) LCD screen and is powered by a 1.2GHz Quad-Core Snapdragon 200 processor with 512MB of RAM. While the on-board storage gets just 4GB, the Lumia 530 is supporting large size microSD cards up to 128GB.

As you would expect with this price range, the Lumia 530 gets a basic 5MP fixed focus camera without LED flash which shoot videos at 480p resolution. Packing a 1,430mAh capacity battery, the Lumia 530 weighs 129 grams and is 11.7mm thick.
