Could this be Nokia’s new Selfie Phone?

Microsoft/Nokia has been aggressive in attacking the mobile segment at all fronts. After introducing its low cost Lumia 530, they have set their sights at the mid-tier segment where Microsoft will be introducing 2 new models. With selfies being a trend, one of the device which is codenamed Superman is likely to be the Nokia Lumia 730 and WPCentral has managed to obtain its picture as shown above.

It is seen as the successor of the Lumia 720 which came with a weird-numbered 6.7MP camera at the back. Being a Selfie-centric device, the new Lumia 730 is said to be sporting a 5MP front camera, the biggest yet for the Lumia series. The front display is said to be 4.7″ and it is likely to be powered by a Quad-Core Snapdragon 400 processor with 4G LTE support.

According to the source, the Lumia 730 along with its other mid-tier Lumia 830 is said to be running on a newer version of Windows Phone 8.1. It is likely that these 2 will be launched with the newer Windows Phone 8.1 Update 1 or Update 2 out of the box.
