U Mobile offers Samsung Galaxy K Zoom on contract

Just in time for the Raya holidays, U Mobile is now offering the Samsung Galaxy K Zoom on contract from as low as RM449. Carrying the retail price of RM1,699, the Galaxy K Zoom is a photography centric smart phone which boasts a 20.7MP main camera with a 10X optical zoom. On U Mobile, you can get the Galaxy K Zoom without forking out additional upfront payment if you make the purchase by credit card and opting in to subscribe via auto-debit.

As an added bonus, they are also including a Free battery travel charger kit along with RM1,500 worth of Galaxy Life privileges.

There are a total of 3 plan options available which are tied with 24 months contract. The RM0 upfront payment offer is only applicable for U88 and U Plus postpaid plans. If you decide not to take up the credit card auto-debit offer, you would need to pay 4 months subscription fee as advance payment.

To recap on the specs, the Galaxy K Zoom is the replacement of the former Galaxy S4 Zoom. It gets a 4.8″ HD Super AMOLED display that pushes 1280×720 resolution and runs a Hexa-Core Exynos processor with 4 Cores running at 1.3GHz and 2 Cores at 1.7GHz that’s mated to 2GB of RAM. It gets an expandable 8GB storage that supports 64GB microSD. Keeping the lights on is a moderate 2,430mAh capacity battery. Out of the box, it runs on Android 4.4.2 KitKat with Samsung’s own TouchWIZ interface that’s similar to the Galaxy S5.
