Maxis offers HTC Desire 310 and Desire 816 on contract

Maxis has added 2 more HTC devices on contract with its latest MaxisONE plan. With 24 months contract, the Desire 310 is offered for Free while the Desire 816 with 4G LTE support is offered from as low as RM499. The full bundled pricing are as follows:

During sign up, you would need to pay 4 months subscription as advance payment which calculates to RM312 on the MaxisONE Lite plan and RM512 for the full MaxisONE Plan.

The Desire 310 HTC’s entry level device that uses a cost effective MediaTek MT6582M processor with Quad-Cores clocked at 1.3GHz. It gets a 4.5″ 854×480 TFT display with 512MB RAM, 4GB expandable storage via microSD and a 2,000mAh battery. Over at the back, the Desire 310 packs a 5MP camera that’s capable of recording Full 1080p HD videos and a VGA camera over at the front. Outright it cost RM499 and runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean out of the box.

Meanwhile the Desire 816 is mid-spec 4G LTE smart phone which comes with a larger 5.5″ HD 720p display and runs on a respectable 1.6GHz Quad-Core Snapdragon 400 processor with 1.5GB of RAM. It gets a 8GB of on-board storage with expandable microSD slot. For imaging it packs an uprated 13MP BSI camera with a front 5MP unit for better Selfie shots. The battery is quite generous too with 2,600mAh capacity which is similar to its current HTC One M8 flagship. Outright, the Desire 816 is priced at RM1,199.
