This is probably the fastest sale ever for Xiaomi Malaysia as they have sold out 5,000 units of its Mi Power Bank in less than 2 minutes – 1 minute and 2 seconds to be exact! Unlike last week’s sale which has been marred by server issues, their Online Store has been performing very well today without any hiccups.
The last time we heard such quick record was Xiaomi’s Mi 3 sale in Singapore where they sold out in just 2 minutes. No doubt there are lots of people buying it and if the site was this good during their first sales, we probably could do better than 17 minutes.
This time around Xiaomi didn’t stock up on their Mi 3 smart phone. If you’re looking to buy one, it is available from DiGi at RM949 without contract or Free with DG Smart Plan. Maxis is offering it also at RM389 with their new MaxisONE Plan.
