HTC Desire 610 and Desire 816 now available in Malaysia

The recently launched HTC Desire 610 and Desire 816 are now available in Malaysia. Priced at RM999 and RM1,199 respectively, these mid-tier devices support fast 4G LTE connectivity and comes with HTC’s awesome front facing Boom Sound stereo speakers.

The Desire 610 features a 4.7″ screen that does qHD resolution of 960×540 and runs on a 1.2GHz Quad-Core Snapdragon 400 processor with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of storage. It also gets a 8MP + 1.3MP camera and a 2,040mAh battery.

Meanwhile the Desire 816 is more uprated with a more solid build and a larger 5.5″ display that does 1280×720 pixels resolution. The processor is a notch higher too with a 1.6GHz Quad-Core Snapdragon 400 processor with 1.5GB of RAM and 8GB of storage. The camera is a 13MP BSI unit at the rear while Selfie is handled with a 5MP shooter. The on-board battery packs 2,600mAh, which is the same capacity as the HTC One M8.

If you do a search online, the Desire 610 and 816 is currently sold through retailers including DirectD and SatuGadgetDotCom. These are official units distributed by Brightstar.
