Huawei to launch its flagship Ascend P7 in Malaysia

Huawei will be bringing their new Ascend P7 smart phone to Malaysia. They have just sent invites for its launch event that’s happening on 10th June. The Ascend P7 which was announced a few weeks ago replaces its current super slim Ascend P6.

On the exterior, the Ascend P7 promises better build quality with more metal materials and a new back glass panel with 7 layers of micro patterns. While it is thicker than the previous P6, the Ascend P7 is still one of the thinnest flagship smart phone at 6.5mm.

It gets a 5″ Full HD display and runs on a HiSilicon Kirin 910T Quad-Core 1.8GHz processor with 2GB of RAM. On-board, it gets 16GB of storage which can be expanded with microSD. Photography claims to be a killer feature with a 13MP BSI camera and a front facing 8MP unit which can shoot panorama selfie. Powering the device is larger 2,500mAh battery and the usage can be extended with its Ultra Power Saving Mode. For those who prefer faster speeds, the Ascend P7 finally supports 4G LTE with our local band support. You can check out its full official images and video over here.

We’ll try to get more details of the device during its launch next month.
