The upcoming Windows Phone 8.1 will feature a pull down notifications panel that’s called “Action Centre“. We’ve seen a static screenshot earlier on and now we get to see it in action from a new hands-on video.
In the video, it shows that there will be 4 customisable quick action button which you can select from a variety of settings including Brightness, Bluetooth, WiFi, Airplane Mode, Screen Rotation Lock, GPS, and WiFi Hotspot. You’ll also get to choose what type of notifications that you want to receive and set customised alert tones for them as well.
You can see all these in action after the break.
If you haven’t seen it yet, you can check out the hands-on video of an early Windows Phone 8.1 build here.
