Samsung Promises Premium After Sales Experience with New Service Centre

Judging by what our readers are saying, the recent KitKat update is a hit and miss affair for some Samsung Galaxy Note 3 users. While others experience no problems after the update, some are complaining about device lag and other performance issues. If you’re having problems with your Samsung device, this is probably the best place to go to get it fixed.

Located at Wisma Bentley Music, Mutiara Damansara in Petaling Jaya, the Samsung Premium Service and Experience Centre promises to deliver the best after sales service for Samsung device owners. It features a 1-hour mobile device repair service with one to one consultation with a Samsung Product Specialists.

While waiting, there’s a Premium Lounge to unwind with complimentary drinks and charging ports for your devices. Apart from that, there’s an Experience Zone where you can check out the latest range of products and its connected smart home showcase.

The Premium Care and Experience centre is open 7 days a week from 10AM to 7PM. For enquiries, you can contact their Careline at 1800-88-9999. You can check out the Premium Care promo video after the break.
