Samsung teases the power of 5 for upcoming Unpacked event

Samsung is set to unveil its upcoming Galaxy S5 flagship in a special Unpacked 5 event. Now more clues have emerged from Samsung where it reveals several features that plays around with the number 5.

The new unpacked 5 image shown above highlights several key areas which ends with the power of 5. This covers speed, outdoor, curiosity, fun, social, style, privacy, fitness and life. All of these points to a next level of personalisation, which is seen as a continuation of Galaxy S4‘s Life Companion. It is like likely that some of these new features especially sports and fitness will take full advantage of its pairing with a new Galaxy Gear 2 smart watch.

A couple of leaked user interface also suggests a customised interface that’s similar to HTC’s BlinkFeed. In summary, apart from the usual upgraded hardware, there’s a lot to look forward to in the software department as well.

To recap, the Unpacked 5 event is happening on 24th of February and it will be streamed live on Samsung’s Youtube channel at 3AM on 25th February Malaysian time.
