Chinese smart phone manufacturer Oppo is about to launch a new flagship device and now it is said to be launching on 19th of March in Beijing. Earlier on, Oppo has posted a teaser on its Weibo account with a string “708979134102”. An Oppo Insider blog has managed to decipher the code which apparently is written in reverse.
When the numbers are swapped around, it actually reveals the date 2014319 indicating 19th of March 2014 followed by 798 which is an Art Zone located at Beijing. The final number 07 is said to be a reference to upcoming device – the Oppo Find 7.
The Oppo Find 7 will be their latest high end flagship device that’s expcted to come with a 5.5″ Quad HD display (2560×1440 pixels resolution), either a Quad-Core Snapdragon 800 or 805 processor which is accompanied with 3GB of RAM. Apparently it will also support 4G LTE, making this device appealing for international markets with 4G connectivity. The Oppo Find 7 is the second 2K display smart phone from China, after the Vivo Xplay3S.
With Oppo entering the Malaysian market, we should be able to get our hands on official Find 7 units once it is being rolled out internationally. The current flagship, Oppo N1, Find 5 Mini, R1 and Neo will be launched officially in Malaysia next Tuesday.
