LG has its eyes set on the Galaxy Note 3 and they are expected to launch their latest G Pro 2 phablet this week. In the mean time, its speculated specs seems to have been confirmed by Antutu, a mobile benchmarking software.
As shown above, the LG G Pro 2 is running on the current 2.26GHz Quad-Core Snapdragon 800 processor with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of on-board storage. In terms of display, it will feature a large 6″ Full HD display that pushes 1920×1080 pixels resolution. This gives a pixel density of 367 ppi (pixels per inch), similar to the Lumia 1520 and a slight notch below the Galaxy Note 3’s 5.7″ display that pushes 386ppi.
The G Pro 2 will also feature a 13MP main camera and a front facing 2MP unit. The camera was also confirmed to be capable of shooting 4K videos and comes with Optical Image Stabiliser as well. As you would expect from the latest flagship product, it will be running on the latest Android 4.4.2 KitKat.
Antutu also reveals that there are 3 variants available with 2 destined for local Korean market (F350L/F350K) and a single international model (D837). Performance wise, the 3 models appear to fluctuate in numbers but the international unit seems to be better in 3D performance. You can check out the breakdown of the performance after the break.
