Word on the street is that Samsung working on a cheaper version of the Galaxy Note 3 and according to one Korean media, the budget version of the Note 3 has already gone into production and will be released in February of next year but details are scarce at the moment.
To bring cost down Samsung is said to swapped the full-HD Super AMOLED 5.7-inch display with an LCD unit possibly with a lower resolution. The camera will also be swapped to a cheaper lower-spec unit. The cheaper Galaxy Note 3 is created for Samsung to further strengthen its dominance in the entry-level market segment.
