It is exactly a year since its previous iPad mini was launched in Malaysia. In terms of pricing, it is RM280-350 more than its predecessor with the earlier iPad mini going from as low as RM999 for the 16GB WiFi version. That’s a massive price increase for the iPad mini compared to the iPad Air vs 4th iPad with Retina display.

To place an order, head over to Apple’s iPad mini and iPad Air page. The iPad Air has a shipping time of 3-5 business days while the iPad mini is at 5-7 business days.

If you’re contented with the non-retina display model, the first gen iPad mini is now going for RM949 for the 16GB WiFi and RM1,379 for the 16GB WiFi + Cellular model on their online store.
