BlackBerry Gets Ready to announce something big next week

UPDATE: BlackBerry Z30 officially revealed. Priced at RM1,998 and available on 5th October.

BlackBerry Malaysia has issued a media invite for a press conference that’s happening on next Wednesday, 18th September. They didn’t leave much details other than hinting “making every conversation feels like you are there with them” with a silhouette of a BlackBerry device shown above.

It is a possibility that BlackBerry’s BBM messenger will be available across different platforms next week but the invite could mean something bigger than that. Perhaps they are referring to a bigger device such as the rumoured BlackBerry Z30 that features a 5″ Super AMOLED display with uprated hardware. From what we’ve gathered, it is likely to be the latter.

All shall be revealed next week and it will be a busy one as well with multiple launches such as the Nokia Lumia 1020 and the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 happening back to back.
