While HTC is busy teasing here and here, @evleaks has posted a photo of the upcoming large screen device dubbed as the HTC One Max.

It looks rather similar to the current 4.7″ HTC One and 4.3″ One Mini with some subtle changes. First you’ll notice that the volume rocker is positioned lower on the right side and comes with separated up/down buttons. Over at the top, the power/IR blaster buttons seems to be missing which is possibly moved towards the left side for easier reach in one hand. In terms of specs, the One MAX is rumoured to be running on a Snapdragon 800 processor and comes with a large 5.9″ Full HD display.

Phablets continue to grow bigger, blurring line between smartphones and 7″ tablets. At the moment, the Sony has drawn first blood with its 6.4″ Xperia Z Ultra that’s priced at RM2,299 and soon we will be seeing the Note III which is set to be unveiled on 4th September. If all three comes with similar hardware, which one would you pick if you’re in the market for a large screen smart phone?
