The Samsung Galaxy S4 mini is the smallest model of Samsung’s new range of top tier Galaxies. With the flagship Galaxy S4 and Galaxy Mega put side by side, all 3 looked rather identical with similar design, materials and even button placements. It’s almost as if Samsung is trying to make choosing a device as easy as Small, Medium and Large.

To recap, the Galaxy S4 mini comes with a 4.3″ qHD display and it is powered by a Qualcomm dual-core 1.7GHz processor with 1.5GB of RAM. Right in the middle is the flagship Samsung Galaxy S4 with a 5.0″ Full HD display that’s powered with a choice of 1.2GHz/1.6GHz Octa-core or 1.9GHz Quad-core processor with 2GB of RAM. The largest of them all is the Galaxy Mega with a 6.3″ 720p HD display that runs on the same processor and RAM as the Galaxy S4 mini.

Watch the Galaxy S4 mini hands-on video with stacked up comparison after the break.

If you haven’t seen it yet, check out the video comparing with the entire Galaxy range from the original Galaxy to the Note 8.0.
