Maxis now offers iPhone 5 with TalkMore & SurfMore plans

Thinking of getting an iPhone 5 but don’t want to be tied down with fixed bundled minutes, data and SMS? Now Maxis offer more bundling options for the iPhone 5 with SurfMore75 and TalkMore78+1GB data bundling.

For those that uses internet a lot with little need for calls and SMS, SurfMore 75 offers 5GB of data at RM75/month. With 24 months contract, the iPhone 5 16GB can be yours at RM1,188 with this bundling.

For those that talk a lot, TalkMore 78 offers 600 minutes of calls and 500 SMS to all networks. With 1GB of bolt-on mobile internet, this comes up to RM126/month. With a 24 months contract, the iPhone 5 16GB is bundled at RM1,088.

Both plans require an upfront payment of RM1,000 during sign up which will be rebated back across 5 months. Alternatively for those that prefer the former iPhone 4S 16GB, it is also available at RM200 less on the same plan.
