The upcoming Android 4.1 Jelly Bean update for the Samsung Galaxy S III comes with extra surprises. It is reported that the new update will bring the welcomed Multi-View feature that offers split-screen functionality which was first introduced on the Samsung Galaxy Note II.
This was spotted on the Japan version of Galaxy S III α which runs on the latest OS version. According to Sammobile, multi-view will be available with Android 4.1.2 update but so far no availability dates for Malaysian units. Once this is available, it will definitely boost multi-tasking and make full use of the Galaxy S III’s 4.8″ display.
