5″ Full HD HTC smart phone for the US leaked

The HTC J butterfly with its high definition 5″ 1080p display is only available in Japan with market availability in December. For the rest of us outside the land of the rising sun, there’s something we can look forward to.

Android Central has gotten exclusive photos of the upcoming HTC DLX, a Verizon destined device which also comes with a full HD 5″ display supporting 1920×1080 pixels resolution, quad-core processor, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of storage and 4G LTE support.

The back of the device is said to be having soft touch material like the HTC Incredible 2. The DLX has a 8MP shooter at the rear while over at the front, the display is purportedly a Super LCD2 instead of Super LCD3 that’s found in the J butterfly. As expected, the prototype device is running on Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean.

Hopefully HTC will be releasing an international variant for the rest of the world soon.
