Toshiba reveals Excite tablets from 7.7″ up to 13.3″

Toshiba today has revealed its latest Android tablet line up with 7.7″, 10.1″ and a massive 13.3″ version. All 3 are powered by Nvidia’s quad core Tegra 3 processor, a 5MP main camera, 2MP front facing camera and runs on the latest Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich OS.

For the Excite 7.7, it comes with a 7.7″ AMOLED screen that pushes a resolution of 1280×800, while the Excite 10 comes with a 10.1″ LED display which also does 1280×800. Its largest model, the Excite 13.3 comes with a AutoBrite LED display that pushes a respectable 1600×900. For a tablet this massive, it is a pity that it isn’t pushing Full HD (1920×1200) like its Android tablet rivals.

Other than the big screen, the Excite 13 comes with a four speaker system alongside an array of ports such as micro USB, micro HDMI and a full sized SD card slot. It is 10.16mm thick and weighs just a whisker away from a full kilo at 997grams. In terms of battery life, the Excite 13 is rated up to 13 hours of usage.

Head after the break for more photos of the Excite 13.
