Maxis offers BlackBerry Bold 9790 + Playbook Combo

Just like the previous combo offer, Maxis now has extended the offer which bundles the Playbook with newer models. This time around you can get a BlackBerry Bold 9790 or Torch 9800 with the Playbook 16GB version for only RM1,288. This is tied with 24 months contract of BIS Advance.

If you’re interested, you gotta act fast as it is limited to first 1,500 customers only.

1. Where do I go if I encounter any fault with the BlackBerry device I
purchased?

Maxis offers 18 months of warranty for all BlackBerry devices & you can bring to any Maxis Centres shall you encountered any fault with your BlackBerry.

2. Can I downgrade the data package which I have subscribed?
You are not allowed to downgrade your data package if you’re on a contract.

3. Can I upgrade the data package which I have subscribed?
You are not allowed to upgrade your data package if you’re on a contract.

4. What’s the duration for the warranty of this device?
The warranty will be for 18 months.

5. How many units can I buy under this offer?
Your IC allows you to purchase 2 devices. If unsure, kindly check with our front liners.

6. Can I change my voice plan after I have purchased this device under the data package?
Yes, you can as our device contract is only data. You can change your voice / rate plan as and when you want.
