Major tech blogs are saying that this is legit evidence of the existence of a Nokia Windows Phone. This particular Nokia N9-based device is codenamed “Sea Ray” and is running the latest Mango build of Windows Phone 7.
The other major difference between the N9 and this “Sea Ray” device is the inclusion of hardware buttons for the obligatory Windows Phone navigation (back, Windows home key and search) along with a dedicated camera shutter button. Could this mean that a Nokia Windows Phone is looking ready to go before the end of this year? Your guess is as good as ours.
