Bloomberg has reported today that a source close to Apple had revealed that a new iPhone will be coming in September. This puts more weight onto the buzz and rumours of September launch.
The key highlights would be an improved processor featuring A5’s dual-core processing power found on the iPad 2 and a bump in camera pixel count to 8MP. It is also shared that a new iPad is under testing right now which boasts a higher resolution screen, which is similar to the one used in iPhones.
During WWDC, Apple didn’t introduce any new hardware but instead revealed iOS 5 which added new functionality and features to the existing iPhones and iPads. So this September, a brand new iPhone 5 and possibly a new iPad 3? Let’s see in 3 months time.
