Verizon — a mobile telco in the US — is offering a US$100 refund for customers who have purchased the Samsung Galaxy Tab from them in the last 14 days.
The reason? Verizon has dropped the price of the popular Android tablet from US$599 to US$499, those who’ve purchased the device before the price cut get the difference back. This is great goodwill gesture from Verizon and we don’t think we’ll be seeing something similar done here, but if the local operators are reading this, something for you to make a note of.
