BlackBerry PlayBook video walkthrough

So everyone knows that the PlayBook is RIM’s first foray into the table market, the thing that everyone don’t know and are dying to know is how the PlayBook stacks up against the king of the tablet hill at the moment — the iPad.

We’re very curious about this as well and so we found this, a pretty detailed first look at the BlackBerry PlayBook from the guys at BGR. From what we’ve seen, we can safely say that there’s quite a lot to like about this BlackBerry tablet.

From the video, the overall performance of the PlayBook looks pretty darn good. The OS looks nice and clean, its performance is pretty snappy, we’ve already seen how the browser is, in some ways, better than Safari on the iPad and the multi-app support looks really good too.

What can we say, we’re impressed. The BlackBerry PlayBook is looking pretty fine and ready to go against the iPad 2 next year.

Head on over to after the jump to check out the video.
