DiGi offers a HTC Aria a day for contest with data intensive entries

DiGi is giving away an HTC Aria a day from now until 31st December 2010. To participate in the contest, you would either need to watch a YouTube of a day video from their mobile site or download Opera Mini which gives you an eligible entry. Obviously you won’t want to download Opera Mini daily and DiGi wants you to watch their select videos instead. To get started, SMS WEB to 2000 for the link to their mobile site. As consolation, every 50th participant will get Free 10 minutes of calls, 10 SMS and 10 MMS within DiGi network.

This contest is only eligible for Prepaid and Postpaid customers who are on Pay As You Go. Basically for those who are not on a monthly or weekly data plan which opens up a possibility of spending much more if you intend to go full on with this contest. For DiGi Prepaid, they have the MAX RM5/day limit for data while the newer Easy Prepaid users are capped at RM3/day. Postpaid users on PAYU will be costlier as there’s no daily limit and the only safety net is the RM149/month data cap.
