While car models have facelifts in the middle of its cycle, Motorola too has something similar in the works for their Droid X. It won’t be just skin deep but it is rumoured that the processor will be bumped from 1.0GHz to 1.2GHz. This was also reported to be the Droid X SE (Special Edition). As shown in the spyshot photo above, it will feature an all black base colour with silver bezel surrounding the screen.
We’re in the final quarter of 2010 and Motorola has yet to deliver a 2GHz powered Android it hoped for. Anyway, 1.2GHz is still better than nothing as long it is launched soon.
