You probably have heard or experienced first hand of dropping your phone into the toilet. In most cases, soaked devices have very little chance of surviving unless you dry it up with a hair dryer or left under the sun. Now here’s a new solution for such problem.
JMC Risk Solution in Japan has created a device which offers quick drying service for your soaking gadget needs. For 1000 yen (around RM37), the box will perform a quick dry process for 30 minutes. We have no idea how it works but your gadget should be dried enough to be switched on after that.
If your device doesn’t work, you will not be charged for it. The dryer box is not a guaranteed saviour but it is a good last resort option to salvage your phone. After all, most phone manufacturer will not cover damages caused by contact with water.
