We have seen this coming. Just about 3 weeks ago, Microsoft has killed the KIN. With the maker ending the product, it doesn’t make sense for carrier Verizon to carry on. Nobody knows what will happen to the remaining stock but some say it could be returned back to Microsoft.
However those who purchased the KIN will still get continued technical support from Microsoft although we believe this wouldn’t run for a long time. Perhaps until the warranty for existing device is over. This looks like the final nail on the coffin.
