HTC is expected to announce its new flagship at the upcoming MWC 2015 in Barcelona. As we are closing in to the launch day, a purported HTC One M9 has leaked online and it looks pretty much the same unibody One design as the current model. The noticeable difference is a more squarish camera lens cover design, while the back is much flatter like the previous HTC One M7. From the looks of it, HTC might be ditching its Duo Camera set up as there’s only a single camera lens visible at the back.
Over at the front, it looks the same as the current One M8 with its signature Boom Sound stereo speakers along with the placement of its proximity sensor and front facing camera.
In terms of specs, it is rumoured that the new device could be rocking the same Full HD display but it gets a beefier Snapdragon 810 processor with 3GB of RAM. The camera at the back could be rocking a 20.7MP shooter while selfies are handled by a front mounted Ultrapixel camera like its newly announced Desire 826.
This might be the real deal considering the source was told to remove all images of the device. Hopefully it is just an early prototype or a test mule to conceal its final design. Do you like what you see? Leave your comments below.
